Rebekah Grace Rose (Barsotti) was born on December 28, 1987 at Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. She is lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her father, Ralph Rose, Jr. , mother Angela Mastrovito, Step-father, Gerry Mastrovito, brother, Antonio Alatorre. Rebekah is honored by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews as well as cousins that feel the impact of Rebekah’s transition. Rebekah received her Angel Wings, at the age of 33, along with her beloved dog, Cerberus who was her companion, on July 20, 2021.
Rebekah was an amazing young lady who left us far too soon. Her strength of will and determination were qualities that set her apart from others, and her love for nature was evident in everything she did. She had a way of finding solace and peace in the great outdoors, and her appreciation for the beauty of nature was infectious.
Rebekah lived life on her own terms, walked to the beat of her own heart, and her free spirit was a reflection of her love for the natural world. She had a way of finding joy in the simple things, whether it was a walk in the park or a hike with her beloved Cerberus. Her passion for animals and nature will always be remembered, and it is a reminder to all of us to take the time to appreciate the world around us.
Although Rebekah is no longer with us, her legacy lives on. She inspired others to be true to themselves and to embrace their own unique qualities. We can honor her memory by taking a moment to appreciate the beauty of nature and to live our lives with the same free spirit and passion that she did.
