- Rebekah had recently left an abusive marriage. Charges of Domestic Violence were filed against her estranged husband.
- Rebekah went missing the same day she met with her estranged husband's caregiver for an exchange of personal property to Rebekah.
- Rebekah Barsotti was reported as a Missing Person on July 21, 2021
- Law Enforcement refused to consider the estranged husband as a suspect and informed the family "he is not a person of interest and never will be".
- The family and friends continue to fight for Justice for Rebekah.
